Additional assistant will needed if there will be 2 separate venues, 15 or more vendors or a guest count of over 250. This is to ensure we have the entire grounds covered and can be in more than one place as needed

Wedding Teardown Service 1.5 hours we come in at your grand exit and pack up your belongings into your car.

Travel over 130 miles from coordinator home(Hineston,LA) .50 per mile round trip
Accommodations
If the venue is over 3 hrs from coordinator home hotel accommodation must be provided for coordinator
