The Nola Special

  • 1hr rehearsal

  • Vendor management & distribution of final payments
  • Assistant & Travel fee included
  • Up to 4 hours if needed for setup the day before
  • Assisting guests to their seats

Lagniappe

Additional Assistant

$150

Additional assistant will needed if there will be 2 separate venues, 15 or more vendors or a guest count of over 250. This is to ensure we have the entire grounds covered and can be in more than one place as needed

Teardown Services only

Starting @ $300

Wedding Teardown Service 1.5 hours we come in at your grand exit and pack up your belongings into your car. Pricing is need based and may vary based on the amount of teardown required and team members. Depending on needs the team will consist of 2-3 worker bees.

Travel Fee

Travel over 130 miles from coordinator home(Hineston,LA) .50 per mile round trip

Accommodations

If the venue is over 3 hrs from coordinator home hotel accommodation must be provided for coordinator

*We do not currently offer décor however we would be happy to help you set up any décor or research and locate any décor needs
